Terms of Service

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Vzite's CRM platform, website, and related services. By accessing or using Vzite, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Definitions

Vzite, refers to Vzite Technologies LLC, registered in Dubai, UAE. “Services” means the Vzite CRM platform, including all features, integrations, and support.

2. Account Registration & Security

You must register for an account to access the platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Subscription & Billing

  • Access to Vzite is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are billed monthly or annually as agreed at signup.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Late payments may result in service suspension.

4. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the platform. Vzite will not access, share, or sell your data except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law. We process personal data in accordance with applicable UAE data protection regulations, including Dubai DIFC and Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.

5. Platform Integrations

Vzite integrates with third-party platforms including but not limited to Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, Meta, Google, and Zapier. We are not responsible for the uptime, terms, or data practices of these third parties. You are responsible for complying with each third party’s terms of service when using integrations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to breach platform security
  • Scrape, resell, or redistribute platform data without authorization
  • Use the platform in a way that exceeds your subscription tier’s limitations

Violation may result in immediate termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vzite provides the platform “as is” without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Notice Period

Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice.

Data Export

Your data will be exported upon request within 30 days of termination. After 90 days, we may permanently delete it.

Immediate Termination

We may terminate immediately if you breach these terms.

Access Revocation

Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (applied in the Emirate of Dubai). Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Courts.
